Dwayne is the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. The church is also part of Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne In addition to being a pastor, is also enthusiastic about educating the younger generation. He is the board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
