Hallie J. Jackson is an American journalist and political analyst. she is the White House Correspondent for NBC News as well as anchoring various MSNBC news shows (cable division NBC). Her birthplace and education was in Pennsylvania, United States. The degree she earned is in political science from John Hopkins University. Jackson began her career in Maryland Delaware Connecticut and a few other cities for television stations WBOC (affiliated with CBS). Then, she joined Hearst Corporation, reporting to the 26 stations that operate from Washington DC. In the following year, she was transferred from NBC News and spent a year at NBC Los Angeles. She earned a reputation as an expert in political reporting due to her remarkable coverage of the presidential elections of 2016 and other elections. She's a respected journalist who is hardworking and versatile. She has been assigned to cover the Ted Cruz presidential campaign and conduct exclusive interviews of important GOP candidates. Jackson became NBC's chief White House reporter in 2017. She is married to Douglas Hitchner. They have two daughters.
